Depends.. most of the time a bigger radiator, extra oil or transmission coolers, ...its more than a bigger fan usually.

Isn't there already a thread (or seven) going on this topic?

We know the fan is 850 watts instead of 600, the alternator has higher output, etc. But we're waiting on somebody to snap pics of the grille area so we can see how many aux. coolers are installed on a non-towing package truck.
