I’ve been searching and there are a lot to choose from. Anyone out there with a key sleeve/cover that they’re really happy with?

I’m tired of the key flipping out in my pocket.

Mostly because it's the only place I can get a good orange one from. I am not a fan of the silicone ones personally.

Remove the spring, or use a rubber band.

There's a slot in the sleeve that allows the key out. The thickness of the sleeve over the FOB is what prevents the button from being pushed and popping the key out. Mine will still occasionally pop open, but it depends on how I am moving and how it makes the FOB interact with what is in my pocket. The FOB is always in my front pocket and only comes out to unlock the gas cap. I also have keys, change, a small knife, and a Nissan FOB in the pocket.

Rare moon when mine pops out and I have 6-7 Keys and a monkey fist tied to it.

I never pocket my fob. It's always right there. If I need to unlock it because my wife gets to the truck first - I simply reach down and press the button.
I never have to dig it out of a pocket, it's never in the way clipped to a belt loop.
I figure I've carried pliers and other tools on a belt for years in the past, and my father had a micrometer holster and other measuring tools he used as head of inspection at the factory where he worked, I can deal with a bloody simply damn key fob.

Compared to the tools my father carried with him all day at work for many years - the fob is nuttin.
It's super handy, always in reach and I always know exactly what button my finger is aimed at via muscle memory or just having worn it this way for over 2 years.

I've had one of these for the past 18 months or so. Well worth it, still have the key, just on the ring with the house key, etc.

I know most folks want to downsize their key fob - I went the other direction:

at my age, this helps me from misplacing the key! Also, provides great protection for the key release button.

To me, the fob already is plenty big and heavy enough. I added a piece of black plastic electrical tape over the key slot, and it has held up well.

I use a short piece of black electrical tape. I is relatively unnoticeable
