Keyless Entry

Bought the sport S and it came with the keyless entry. The dealer did what they call 'black out package' and now it doesn't have the keyless enter and go. I can unlock it using the fob, but I guess the feature where you just touch the handle to unlock is gone. Is this just program that can be fixed?

What the XXXX? They replaced the door handles - maybe that's it, you hope. It's not just a program, it's a wiring harness, DOOR HANDLES, code in the computer, etc.
If it CAME with that entry, they likely only broke it by replacing the door handles with non-passive entry handles.
Assuming that's the case, putting the correct passive entry handles back on may take care of it.
What jokers - I'd much rather have passive entry than what they did. I'd rather black it out myself IF I wanted that...

Door handles - and they should know exactly how they broke the passive entry.
I bet the codes and wiring harness is all still there.

The Sport has keyless unlock and keyess ignition but does not offer proximity keyless entry (where you lift the handle and it unlocks). Only Overland and Rubicon (maybe Mohave) offer this as an option.
