It would seem that if you got that email you don't have a Launch Edition. Probably a good idea to call them again and confirm that you indeed want one. Tons of JLs sitting at the plant and numerous Gladiators being loaded for transport and buzzing around. My ship date is the 15th and I don't think I'll see it til the end of May if not later. Stressing out about when it will arrive doesn't help speed up the build.

It would seem that if you got that email you don't have a Launch Edition. Probably a good idea to call them again and confirm that you indeed want one. Tons of JLs sitting at the plant and numerous Gladiators being loaded for transport and buzzing around. My ship date is the 15th and I don't think I'll see it til the end of May if not later. Stressing out about when it will arrive doesn't help speed up the build.
Ok, I spoke to Paige (at the concierge). Awesome rep. Super friendly.
She says that apparently this email went out to everyone. It should have gone out only to those that are not confirmed. I'm confused that there are people that haven't confirmed yet, but whatever.

She was super nice and did ask for my VON, she confirmed I'm still in D status, and that LE's do not start production until the end of this month. That email did not actually apply to me.

Although she said that I should feel comfortable to call at any time to get a status. However, she did also say that I shouldn't expect to see an update for a few weeks.

This email is probably going to cause them to get a floood of calls.

So yeah, this is getting kinda old. Last week I got this voicemail:
OK. Just got a message from Jeep concergie team (5/3/19 2:54PM PDT).

“Hi this message is for _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ My name is Arethea from the Jeep Gladiator Launch Edition support team. I'm sorry I missed you. The purpose of our call is to thank you for your online submission and help direct you to your dealer up to finalize the order and process. Due to the high demand, short supply of the Jeep Gladiator Launch Edition, we encourage you to connect to your dealership within 48 hours. Thank you very much for your interest in the Launch Edition Jeep Gladiator.”

Just another example of how screwed up this LE is. Obviously they still have LEs available. Why they are calling me after I ordered one a month ago I don't have a clue.

Didn't Jeep put out a news release saying they sold all the LEs? Didn't these orders close out a month ago? Why is Jeep still offering them if they really did sell out?
Called my dealer, and verified by order was good. He didn't know why I got that call.

Today I got 2 identical emails from Jeep (same as those mentioned at the top of this thread. Called Jeep concergie and the left a voicemail confirming that the e-mail was sent in error and that my order is good and still in C status.

Oh, and all of this is on a vehicle that supposedly sold out in one day...

@JeepCares, are you following this confusion and frustration???

I did not get that emai, but did receive 3 phone calls reconfirming the order.

I called FCA today and they gave me my VIN. Sent it to the dealer and am waiting for a status update.

Hey, just doing what they said to do. They could completely ignore us, though responding to very poor spam e-mail sent out to many LE pending owners directly from Jeep may be a bit different than asking about "marketing materials, vehicle ordering, accessories, options, etc."

I got the email, even though I told them I'd have to pass on the LE when I got the reservation call a month ago. What's odder though is the email listed my local dealership even though I never confirmed an order or dealership.

Maybe I should reserve!? Second chance! Haha.
