LED Headlight Options

So when y'all upgrade to the LED headlamps, are all of you updating the Jeep's settings for LED lighting?

From what I’ve read, there’s not a need to do so for the headlights. If you’re replacing the bulbs, I’ve not seen anyone mention having to do that. Of swapping for something (awesome) like the Oculus Bi-LED, it’s fully plug n’ play (again, from what I’ve seen on the forums).

I haven't. No issues yet. When I do get a TAZER I may go in and make some changes.

I have the Quake LED headlights that are plug and play. No need to update. I also have a Tazer. No need to change the setting. I have programmed it both ways and it didn’t make any difference. I’m sure the Oracles are the same.

You're probably most likely right. But I'll have it hooked up and it will probably be an option I'll have to bypass to go to something else I am changing anyway. Might as well get it done then and never ever even think about it later.

I have been using these 9" Amazon LED for a few months in hot, cold, rain and shine. No issues.
Easy install - plug and play.

Edit: Oracle led headlghts would cost me $888.00 plus shipping/duties.
Quake led headlights would cost me $600.00 plus shipping/duties.
These look and do the same for 1/2 to 1/3 the cost.
Time will tell if they are any good. Initially, they are great.

Totally agree, I guess that our cellphones and TVs don't qualify for supporting china either.

I have the same lights on my JT. HUGE improvement over stock lamps (even with LED bulbs in them).

I never noticed the gladiator had lock on center console !

Save yourself the time and money and just buy a full housing right away. I bought so many bulbs and finally caved. Should have done it forever ago. Amazing cutoff line and the light output is on point with the oem leds

Oracle Oculus Bi-l.e.d. Absolutely love them it’s no longer exhausting to drive at night now that I can actually see. Beam pattern is very direct. I barely adjusted them out of the box and they’re spot on
