They don't show a photo of it on the website, but it's JCR Offroads short rack. It was surprisingly difficult to install based on the screw placement, but I finally got it on there.

I like that it gives it some "shape" since Gladiators tend to be somewhat boxy

Its a manual, so I definitely had to re-learn shift points. 1st is still totally fine for daily driving, I basically don't use 6th anymore, and reverse is just a little to fast for my liking with the clutch all the way out.
I'm planning on re-gearing to 4.56 soon, but 4 low is still plenty of chugalug off road, so there's no real rush until towing required. My average mileage dropped about 2mpgs.

This is seriously making me rethink just painting the stock wheels black and keeping them - REALLY like the way this looks!
