Currently have the 2 inch Teraflex front pucks, 1.5 rear pucks. Noticed that with my winch and Mopar oem bumper I'm 0.5 inches higher in rear.

I'd like to get rid of that rear rake as I don't like it and have no plans to haul anything. Looking at getting 2.5 Teraflex springs for front to compliment the 2.1 Falcons I have on it now. Will that level the truck pretty close. Measuring bottom tire to fender I'm 42.5 in front and 43 in rear.

Geometry wise I have the Mopar 2 inch lift lower control arms for caster, extended sway bar end links up to a 3 inch lift and adjustable track bars for both axles. Also have the correct bumpstops in rear with carrier bearing spacers as well for the pinion angle.

You will have to measure it then call wherever and see what they tell you.

In my experience, 2.5" springs end up being taller than that. This varies from one manufacturer to the next - but you could end up with the rear slightly low and chasing perfectly level.

You're splitting hairs at a half inch of rake. Thats a full tank vs empty. Also, the front fenders set higher than the rear. If you try to level the truck based off wheel well opening, the truck will always have a forward rake.

Spoke with Teraflex from what they stated the 2.5 should level with rear. However they recommended diesel springs for the added weight of winch and Mopar steel bumper. Said it will limit the amount of settling that happens after initial install.

I know it might be hard to perfectly get it exact but I just don't like the visual rear rake. When I did the 1.5 spacer in front with 0.5 in rear on 35s it was dead on. Only reason I changed was because 37s.

I was about 0.25 higher in rear before winch and you really could not tell the difference. After I installed winch within the week I was 0.25 lower.

Are you trying to make the truck visually level or physically level? If you make it visually level it wont physically be level. If you make it physically level it wont visually be level.

Visually level more so than physically.

I have installed more than my fair share of lift kits. Four out of five times I have to adjust the rear to match the front coils. Meaning if I have to get shorter springs for the rear, I do, if I have to add a 1 inch spacer to the rear I do. Like I said four out of five times I’m prepared to do fine-tuning to the rear, it’s not just a Jeep thing it’s any 4 x 4.

Installed springs and new bunpstops. Went from 42.5 to 44 from bottom of tire to bottom fender. Basically a true 3.5 of lift final height. Front sits right at 0.25 higher now.

Question is my caster went from 4.8 degrees on the left front to 5.4 and 5 degrees on right front to 5.7 from previous alignment on 2 inch pucks. Noticed sure how I gained by using the same lower control arms from the Mopar 2 inch lift.

I did have to adjust my trackbar just a little because I was off almost a half inch. Drives great just really weird.

Lifted rear with 2 inch ICON springs and took those 1.5 pucks off. Perfectly 43.5 in rear and 43.75 in front. As level as she's going to be. I'm happy with it. No more stupid rear rake.
