Lights for snow

I know there are other threads, but didn’t see my specific question.

the LED headlights are great, but get snow/ice buildup. Rather than replace them I am going to add aux lighting that will help off-road, etc. I am looking at amber/yellow for snow visibility also.

so here’s my question: what LED auxiliary lights would not freeze up? I did some google searching and this doesn’t seem to be a common question. I am looking to stay at or less $300, I did see a set that said the lenses were heated but were $1000. If I need to up my budget that much, I may replace the OEM LED.

Thank you. I am not a fan of the side light. I think for now I will dig out the KC halogens. They are just sitting on a shelf and will serve the purpose I need.

Had my lights ice up and went down the same path as you. Ended up installing one of these just above the bumper. Haven’t had the same sticky snow since I put it on, so can’t speak to how well it works, but seems like it should work out well.
