When I had Line-X applied to my Gladiator, none of the holes were covered. It was a PITA cleaning out the holes that my tri fold tonneau cover needed. I tried a metal pick and then I got the idea to use a firearm bore brush in a drill.

I got it back today and overall am happy with how it turned out. The threaded holes did get covered, I guess if I had plugged them myself it would have been avoided. I have not plans to utilize them so this doesn't bother me. If I do in future, I don't think it would be much effort to re-tap (really more thread chasing). The plastic plugs were covered over, I'm not sure what the plugs are for, but if they need to be removed I'm sure I could get a blade under them to cut the Line-X or just drill through the plastic. The only thing I actually don't like is the Line-X yellow sticker that was stuck to the back window. Looks like a job for scrapper and denatured alcohol to remove.

this looks pretty nice. Thanks for posting as I have an appt to get spray in later this week and was debating it, based on looks. It looks like you also have the granite crystal metallic, which I think nicely minimizes the contrast between the liner and a lighter colored glady

I paid 450 for linex 2 years ago and 350 10 years ago so 550 for linex isn't too bad imo considering how much everything else has gone up
$550 was like a favor from a friend price. If I recall they want like $600+,haven’t pulled the trigger yet.

Line-X has always had a premium pricing compared to others like Rhino-Liner. I am sure some it is the usual because they can pricing, but I know of late that base wholesale chemical prices have gone through the roof in a lot of industries and I imagine companies like Line-X are not immune to those increases and have to pass those costs on also.

Had the dealer do it when I purchased, they used a local shop not sure but he said it would've cost about 600 retail... who knows though maybe just telling me what I want to hear

They did cover the threaded holes and did a nice job. However the front of the bed, under the rear window did not have threaded holes, just hexagonal holes. Had to clean out liner a bit and install rivnuts myself to install tonneau cover. Not terrible but a bit annoying extra step. Those in front are not the same size as the side rail holes in my 21 willys. I believe 8mm front, 6mm sides

Got sprayed on Tuesday, very satisfied. They plugged all the threaded holes as I requested, for trail rail install. Covered lights and removed and separately sprayed the tailgate panels. $625 otd in IL.
