Looking for scale model kit of JT

I’ve been scouring the interweb and can’t seem to find a scale model kit of a JT anywhere except for the quick fit one that is essentially for toddlers. Anyone know where I can get one?

There appears to be a snap / easy model out there. Not an expert kit but still a kit.

Ftown, yeah that one I know about, looking for one that might be a bit more assembly/ customizable, it seems like the industry really has lost a niche

I keep hoping Monogram or AMT, or even Tamiya will release one. I don’t build much any more, but I would build a Gladiator. I’ve built models of all kinds over the last 50 years. Including of my CJ5, CJ2, and Broncos. I used to get the detail kits, and put plug wires and everything in them.

Yeah an RC version would be more fun.........take it out on the trails with you for when you stop for breaks.

I think this is a MotorMax 1/24 or 1/25 die cast. I was able to find one in white. I repainted the color-matched top in semi-gloss black, added a clutch pedal and slightly longer parts box shifter, and painted the dash and other parts and trim the appropriate colors. I had to pull the top to paint it, so now it has a removable hardtop, too.
