Lost my apps

Lost most of the apps, offroad pages, ect, in the apps menu yesterday. Later I finally fit restore default settings in the settings menu. This got the apps back but I lost the trails I had recorded in nav.
Any idea what would cause the loss of the apps? I hooked up a portable air compressor yesterday to air back up. Maybe a slight arc to the battery?

There are a few threads about temporarily losing apps, Sirius XM, camera feeds, and advanced climate controls when the battery is disconnected. They usually come back overnight so give it some time...though there might be a chance you erased your self-recorded trails when you hit "restore default." This happened to me when I disconnected the battery but everything was mysteriously back to normal the next morning. I suppose it could happen with a temporary arc or short.
