8. Don't wave at female Wrangler/Gladiator drivers, they apparently don't like us guys waving at them and rarely return them :P

I don’t understand. I wave at everybody. Some wave back, some do not. I cannot tell you the numbers by gender but plenty of both ignore me. I think People are uncomfortable with eye contact with a stranger. Focus on the Jeep, wave and roll on. If your wave isn’t returned, who gives a crap. I’d rather be a nice guy with unreturned waves at fellow jeepers, than bitter when somebody doesn’t wave back. That’s about them, not me.

Splitting hairs here people but since we all want to play.....

That max tow package was one of the best packages I have seen, affordable, in a Wrangler in a very very long time. I am on my 5th wrangler, 5 different generations. It was top of my list, nothing above it. Dual 4.10s, (runs 35 inch upgrade without regear). Wider axles,, (can't afford the RUBICON). Dual Dana Gen 3, 44s (sure beats them 30o's from years past). How about a tow rating greater then the old 3500 LBS, ( heck yeah-even if I never go over 5K). Class IV hithc. Heavy duty alternator, Larger disc brakes, heavy duty cooling and a back up camera. All for $999.00. Show me a better deal. And now they get the Trac-Loc ( start splitting hairs over that one folks).

You don't want to hear about my Max Tow, block me.

2020, Sport, Max Tow, BFG ATs, 35x12.5, on mopar 8.5 wide wheels.. Mopar 2 inch lift.

Best part about Jeeps is everyone's is different and everyone can be proud.

Going back to the topic for a second I’ll admit I’m guilty of this. But for me I’m very proud of my max tow purchase. It’s the most conservative vehicle purchase I’ve made since I’ve had enough money to buy whatever I want . I had to have the 1794 when I got a tundra, or the 4 Matic (awd) when I got my CLS Mercedes and... you get the point.

Well, professing MaxTow tells everything about the mechanicals- we know its Sport(S), Pentastar, Automatic, heavier rear springs, higher GVW, and wide 4.10 axles. All those factor into how things work.

I’m laughing. I just read this to my wife and she laughed and then told me a story about one of her coworkers that does this to screw around with other people in their building

the suspension is pretty good. Itll cost you $3k just to get something similar from Icon. Frame reinforcements. Steel steering knuckles. Better seats. Better steering wheel. A little exclusivity. Shrug. I like and use all of those things.

i dunno. kinda sounds like a f150/raptor to me. Well minus the huge price increase

Max tow should be it’s own trim with “Max Tow” on the hood or something. It’s more significant of a build, in terms of functionality, than a lot of other trims.

and its not TRD extra. TRD puts fake hood scoops on fake hood scoops.

and the orange threads are the heat.

did your dealer not have one? Or did they just not want to deal?
