Sounds like maybe they had some layoffs?
Zero layoffs, but we are a bit short-staffed.
After three months of forced closure we were legally allowed to reopen.
However, not all our employees returned to work. So being shorthanded has resulted in slower than anticipated progress.

We never promised a release date to anyone. But we are working seven days a week on these racks. We are doing everything in our power to launch as soon as possible.

Sorry for your loss. The production version of our Overland Rack is an absolute masterpiece.

When and where was that announced in that time period? Still not on the website.
They announced it on this thread about field testing the chase rack. Included pictures. I believe that was the reveal Maximus-3 was talking about that did occur within the time frame they mentioned.

Not sure if I would classify it as a “BIG reveal” but that’s just my opinion. Do wish an accurate time frame can be provided as I am and others are holding off for it

Who else can't wait to get their paws on our racks?

Jeep Gladiator Maximus-3 trifecta of rack solutions for the Jeep Gladiator 20200629_164732
Exactly what I want, just will need to find a way to attach a rtt to the rear rails and mount the roof rack further to the rear so the freedom panels may be removed easily.

That is why I'm going with the Rebel Offroad Halo 2.0 rack, where you can easily remove the freedom panels, it just only mounts to roof and not supporting members. A compromise I'm willing to make.

It's not like I'm excited about drilling in to the hard top but that is where I would place a RTT. When bare, I like the low profile look of it all. For now, if luckey, I would only go out camping a couple of times a year, and NOT in this heat.

not excited about the drilling either, but it is a better way of securing. plus if you ever decide to wrap your top, like someone "trailrecon" did, it remains a clean look once reassembled.
