MC 3.5 GC with constant load?

2020 JTR. Will be adding about 500 lbs constant load if I go with all options I am considering. 300 on the low end if I skip the Decked.

I ordered the Rocksport shocks with my lift.

Should I be looking at different shocks? Will I need stiffer springs, spacer?

I have read a few threads about constant weight. Hoping someone with experience or knowledge of the MC GC can chime in for this situation.

I have the GC installed on my rig and the rear springs are very loud almost rattle like noises over bumps in the road. I have no weight in the bed. MC says you need weight in the back which will compress the springs more and make them less noisy. So they are designed to take weight as to how much who knows.

I added a set of Icon 1 3/8" coil spacers in the rear. I think it looks great. With the Rubicon model they just look like they sit low in the rear otherwise.

I don't have 500 lbs of static load in the back as I thought I might. I haven't taken any measurement yet but it doesn't look any different with the rack on the back or off.

If you decide to go the same route I have an extra set of Icons. I ended up with two because my shop and I both ordered them. I'll sell them at a discount.
