I just can’t stomach the thought of shelling out $70k for all that change over, though it would be awfully nice to have. I’m actually quite content with the power this engine has and how quiet it runs.need an excuse for hemi swap lol. wring her out dammmit.
I was thinking further into what could have mucked up this plug and that it smells like oil and I recall when the truck went back in, the morning after the first oil change and dump of 12L and the discovery of all the oil in the intake system, the tech notes say he took off all the upper stuff and plugs and cleaned it all out.
So that was in October 2022. In the summer of 23 and about 15-20k kms later I gave the intake the Sea Foam treatment (mid day -MISTAKE) then drove it like I stole it out of my quiet and peaceful community, leaving zero visibility for anyone driving behind me! I mean, the white smoke was so thick, I was beyond embarrassed.
So I don’t know if the intake was really cleaned or could be cleaned by the tech but that hot soaked Sea Foam told a different story and I think all the plugs look like this too.
