As I’m no rock crawler I didn’t realize this is a thing lol although I’d think there are other concerns with running an engine at extreme angles.

Extreme angles my friend. If you're constantly on a 30 degree incline, you might see some blow-by along with other issues.

I just installed one. Only driven about 100 miles on it. Will post when I empty it the first time to show what comes out.
