Sill covers. The set I got were OK for the front, and the size on the rear was fine, but they wouldn’t line up properly with the turn up at the inside edge. I didn’t even unwrap the whole set.

Locking hood latches. I got a pair that look like the stock latches with a keyhole in the middle. They worked and looked great...
For two months, then the stainless steel parts started to rust and look like crap. I put the stock latches back on, and now rely on the alarm system to deter thievery.

The locking latches i heard were just crap. Rust is one thing but most say you just pull on them and they'll pop open.

I regret upgrading my Mojave from the stock 33" tires to 35" tires. I only had the 35" tires on the truck for 3 months and upgraded again to 37" tires. 35s are too close to the same size as stock, it doesn't look any different, and they don't provide nearly as much improvement in function offroad as the 37s do. Should have just gone with 37s from day one.

If I actually learned anything my plan to throw on 35's now are probably short sighted. Just go straight to 37's. That really is what we're looking at in the end anyway. It's only money Right? As the saying goes, you can't take it with you.

Question - I really like the idea of using the alarm system to deter thieves, but what happens when you need to open the hood? Do you have to disable this option using a tazer first?
