I've got the Mopar 2.0 lift installed on my 2020 JTR. My brother and I did the install and it has been great. I was out at a Jeep event and one of the sponsors noticed that my sway bar link was touching my driver's side spring. It's not bad, but it is still doing it. It doesn't always doing it depending on level of flex. I took it into my dealer and the tech told me that the springs might be in reversed as in driver's side/passenger side. He noticed that the spring seemed to be bowed forward causing it to be closer to the sway bar link than the passenger side. So because the springs didn't have the tag on them, I wasn't able to see which was which. But, to eliminate that theory I swapped them around last weekend and it is still touching on the driver's side even with a different spring and it looks bowed forward as well. Has anyone else with a JTR noticed this with their Mopar 2.0 lift? What could possibly be causing this type of behavior?

Something is definitely not right with your install, there should not be contact between these members. Have you checked that the spring seats are installed correctly, and the springs are correctly indexed?

If you have some pictures, that would be helpful.

Sometimes there is a problem with the mopar plastic spring pads. I replaced them with some made by Rock Krawler. Also look into centering front axle, with an adjustable trackbar.

Indexed for sure is correct. The spring seats are installed correctly as well. I did notice after reviewing again that the spring seat looks to be warped on the side that is bowing forward. I’m going to get my dealer to replace that as a first step.

The ones that came with lift were defective. New pads and centering axle fixed spring bow.
Thank you for your assistance. I’m going to review pads and order some.
