I am POSITIVE of that mainly because zi have been in a Jeep solid since 2016 and only ever got approached 1 singular time by a guy in another Jeep at a gas station ask me if I cared if He gave me a duck. I accepted took it home fed it to the dogs who ate it in 5 minutesI was at Hobby Lobby last weekend with the wife. I usually check out the automotive signage and wall art to see what's new... They had a bag of ducks for sale with the jeep stuff.
I have never been "ducked" and always see dashes of jeeps with full of ducks. I'm convinced they buy them for themselves.
And yet while in Florida, ducked 3 times in a week. None of the ducks on my wife's JLU were bought.I was at Hobby Lobby last weekend with the wife. I usually check out the automotive signage and wall art to see what's new... They had a bag of ducks for sale with the jeep stuff.

I got good looking sandalsShe is by far much better looking than me.
I wish…..that would make my drives a lot more fun.Holy cow - we can count a dozen Wranglers just between home and town - 20 minutes or so. On a longer trip, say 60 minute drive, dozens.
On a highway in central Florida, we counted 100 Gladiators from Sarasota to the St. Augustine area. Wranglers- we finally quit counting.
I can't drive 5 miles and not see several Wranglers in the process.
Went to a grocery store 30 minutes away one time and parked in a row that had 5 Wranglers parked together in that row.
Maybe it's just Ohio. When I see a Jeep with a handful of ducks I do think they received them from others. It's the Jeeps with rows of duck I see and think they bought them. Especially because the trend around here is spreading to other makes. I see Nissan SUV's with rows of ducks. Monkey see monkey do kinda thing. I mean, I don't care. It's their ride and they can do whatever. These are just my personal observations. And yet while in Florida, ducked 3 times in a week. None of the ducks on my wife's JLU were bought.
Maybe some do, but some don't.
Gotta love that Ironman decalI get "ducked" all the time. Punk'n isn't a common color in my area of Massachusetts and when you're roof off doors off going on 3 months you stand out a little more. It's just for fun, though I don't leave anything on anyone else's ride. I'd much rather say "hey" in person and ask about your rig in the Home Depot parking lot or at the gas station.
