Mopar tall jack base

I'm going on a 3 hr trip for a re-gear and was wondering the cheapest solution to change a flat in pinch with a 3.5" lift. Does anyone have experience with these things? I should just buy an expensive offroad jack but between the re-gear and vacation I'm little strapped for money.

Same concept as the one AEV has for sale individually or that comes with their suspension kits. I had a 3.5" AEV lift on my JK and used the jack base when rotating my tires myself with no problems. I"m sure the Mopar one is just fine.
