MP Concepts Aluminum front bumper, Badlands 12k Winch and Rubicon/Evo No limits manual quick disconnect - am I going to have issues with this plan?

I’m plotting out a couple upgrades for my sport s/max tow and have a few questions, if anyone has any experience here.

My plan is to mate the MP Concepts Aluminum Front Bumper with a Badlands Apex 12k winch.

Question 1: After some research, it looks like I might want to add spacers. I know a forum member sells them but I’m not sure what size I should get. Anyone have any recommendations?

I’m also installing a Rubicon front disconnect sway bar with the Evo no limits manual disconnect:

Question 2: I know there is a fitment issue with the Rubicon trim level and this bumper. But as I’m removing the motor and using a manual knob instead, I’m wondering if I’m still going to have problems. Anyone have any experience or guesses?

I could order the JL version of the bumper instead, or I’m prepared to trim for fitment if needed. Maybe I’m overthinking it and it won’t be an issue.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Why not consider the Apex sway bar disconnects I love them, not cheap but your plan also is not cheap…..Jack

I got the rubicon antisway bar off marketplace for pretty cheap. Including purchasing the Evo unit I’ll end up around $200 for that little project.

I have that bumper and winch on my Mojave. I did not need spacers but I did re route the wires out the side of the winch to get clearance at the grille.

Great to know, thanks. Yes, I’m already planning on rerouting the wires.
