Drop the windshield, fold it down. The thing is sticking out there like a jib sail.
That will not only reduce wind resistance but it will also prevent your windshield from ever getting chips from flying road debris. Your insurance company will thank you.
If you do that, you must take off the roof as otherwise it will act like a big ice cream scoop in the air and you could go flying off the road if you head here and hit a good 50 mph gust.
I also suggest if you do both, to duck. Bumble bees are not fun to get hit with in the face and they, along with wasps, are out in force.
