i have a couple of friends that have them. Really a great car. One friends Z is bone stock. The other friend's car is modded. Bigger turbo's, intercooler, etc. He's in the process of finishing his build. Some oem parts are really hard to get, if you can get them at all.
This one is all stock. These are affordable to kids now but most kids cant afford to maintain them or most machanics dont really know how to work on them. So Im thinking in 10-15yrs most of these will be junk cars. Honestly most of them are already!

My other car is a 2018 Fiat 124 Spider Abarth.

The car barely weighs 2,400 lbs; has exotic Italian looks, a tiny 1.4T engine that punches above its weight (170HP), a mean sounding exhaust and a slick 6-speed manual transmission. The car is a total hoot to drive.

Beautiful area to drive that sporty ride. Was there a few months back visiting my youngest Daughter. She lives in Poulsbo area near you. Had a great time and did as much sight seeing as I could fit in that week. Your first picture reminded me of this one I took while there.

Kids can't afford them now. As prices have skyrocketed. If you find one cheap. It needs a ton of work and you can't find the parts. Believe the windshields you can't get now. You have to get one from a parts car. Z1 is running out of parts for them too.

I have 2 friends who were Nissan mechanic's when these came out. Said that working on them is a bit different with the way Nissan did things. There is no room in the engine bay at all.

The kids have bought most of the 350's and starting into the older 370's now.

My other ride. A 2007 Honda 25th Anniversary Edition Red White and Blue VFR. The front forks are Ohlin Superbike forks that fit a Honda RC51. Has an Ohlin rear shock. Brakes are Brembo Monoblock calipers with 320mm Brembo Superbike full floating rotors. Brake and clutch master cylinders are Brembo. For a while, I had a A&A Performance supercharger on it. Went from 120 HP to 212 HP. Only a handful of these kits were made. I had 2 of them. One guy backed out of the group buy. So to keep the group buy alive. I bought his kit too. Each kit was $4400. I sold the spare supercharger a few years later for $7000. A couple years ago. Another guy wanted my kit that was on my bike. So I sold it to him for $8500. I've been offered $6000 for the front forks as they are no longer in production.

I purchased my '67 Kaiser Jeep M715 in January 2022 and since then have pretty much torn down the Jeep for a complete rebuild. At present, the frame, cab, and body are on jackstands awaiting my new Alcan springs. They'll be mounted up spring over to a rebuilt GM 14-bolt rear with a Detroit Locker and discs. The front end is getting a NOS Dana 60 from a M1008. It was new out of the crate. It will be mounted spring under. Wheels are 8 on 6.5 from Trailworthy Fab. They have the PVC wheel inserts and have NOS Wrangler 37s. All of the wiring in the Jeep will be new. I'm going with the Infinitybox 20-circuit kit as I have put them into two other builds with much success. The engine is a new aluminum block LH6 rated at 475 hp and 435 tq. I haven't ordered the engine harness yet, but plan to buy from Speartech. Again, I've used them in the past with much success. The engine will be mated to a rebuilt SM465 2WD four-speed transmission. It will have a hydraulic clutch. It will be mated to a divorced rebuilt NP205 transfer case. I haven't finalized my yokes and driveshafts yet, but will either go with 1350 or 1410s (probably the later). Lights are LED all around including an IR driving light from Tyri. The soft top is vinyl. Glass is new and tinted. Door interior parts and seals are new. Seats are Corbeau Trail Cat buckets. Gauges are from Speed Hut. The 28-gallon gas tank will be modified to make room for the rear driveshaft. It will have an Aeromotive Phantom in-tank fuel pump. Lots of other stuff besides all of this. My plan is to have the truck on the road by this time next year or sooner.

Here are a few more photos of my project. Interestingly, I am installing an iBooster electric brake booster as well as electric power steering (input to manual steering box). The other two photos are the major Infinity Can bus components (MASTERCELL and POWERCELLS).
