Nice color, I have a ‘67 that was my dad’s it has 32k miles, I am hoping to get it running this summer. I drove it to my house 6 years ago, need to go through the fuel system and redo the brakes. Be interested in finding out any places you have used that are good for parts, thanks for any info.

I love the color. I use jbugs, http://vwparts.aircooled.net/, and some local folks I know that are big into restoration (even though mine isn't restored). Pm me if you want to connect. I was a vw guy before jeeps and Subarus. I'm going to start driving mine more. It gets better mpg than the jt, and is still fun to drive.

Love the Triumph, I had a 2004 Speed Triple all black but I had a close encounter of the pavement kind with a stupid deer. It was totaled and I now wear a few honor scars and titanium pieces.
Also love my Gen I Mitsubishi Montero red 1988 SWB and 500k miles (going turbo soon) and silver 1990 LWB with 325k miles.
love mechanical, electrical stuff, guns… in short love to create built and destroy to fix and build again. LOL

i have a couple other toys, 40x40 shop, in order of obtaining,

1968 Camaro SS, was Matador Red, now deep forest green, full Pro-Touring build, LS6 engine, Dart heads, Texas Speed cam, forged pistons, LS6 intake and goodies, fully studded, T56, aftermarket Subframe C6 suspension, aftermarket 4 link 18x9 Front 18x12 Fiske Profil wheels Pilot Sports, still assembling.

1970 Nova SS street car drag car, BBC built to look like a 325hp 396 had 2 200HP nitrous plates on it, was built to street race and then OPD OCSD built a a task force to stop street racing, I like my govt job, no more street racing.

1988 BMW M3 61,xxx miles, bought it cheap fixed the head, now its turned into its own 401K Plan,

1988 Mustang GT vert', bought wrecked from the neighbor, great shape, new top, new interior, new paint, tires and wheels, exhaust and suspension, went to pull the frame rail and the strut tower pulled away from the frame rail, full front sub rebuild, ready for paint and then to the body shop!

01 Suzuki DRZ 400e turned into a SM,

1959 TR6 Triumph 500 dads bike, soon to be redone, cleaning and tires,

I bought this in 1987, at age 21. and it was a wreck. I finished a five year restoration about eight years ago.
This was the first car I bought with my own money...$900.

It’s a piece of plastic installed by the dealer to protect the spoiler during shipping. Supposed to be removed. For some strange reason people think it looks good to leave it on the car.

Next you’ll see people driving around with the white plastic paint protectors all over the car that gets removed by the dealer normally!
