I would do this in a heartbeat if it was CA legal..
If you can, there are 49 other choices where you will be free, (to swap engines, own gunz, and about 10,000 other things), well, mostly...

Can you elaborate on the differences between these guys setup and the AMW kit? Does that 35K price include labor?

Now for the price. This swap goes official at the Smokey Mountain Jeep Invasion, which is coming up. High Lift Off Road will announce the 6.4 Hemi swap at an introductory price of $35,000. This is with all the good parts: the 6.4 SRT engine, the 8HP75 transmission, and what looks like a couple hundred pounds of authentic Mopar parts.
Does that include your engine and transmission for credit? Or do they credit your engine separately?

$35 K does not include the engine or transmission nor labor

Kiddin'
Yes, $35,000 is everything except tax

What is different? Well the price I know for sure. I think the exhaust, both manifolds and subsequent pipes. Don't hold me to this, but Matt told me he wanted the pipe to exit further forward instead of how the SRT manifolds have it because of the proximity to the fuel tank on the passenger side.
Again, not completely sure, but I think some of the made up lines are now Mopar direct. Steering is ala carte. Kit does nothing. This is the way I think I am going, I just want the factory stuff pressured up with a ported box. Mike said he could do the PSC stuff at an upcharge.
The motor mounts are completley different, their own unique design. There is something going on with the trans mount as well, but again, not sure.
I will find out everything as it fleshes out in my truck and be better at supplying answers as we progress.

No, the price does not include credit for an engine/trans. $35K is the straight-up price to drive away with an SRT Hemi swap.
I suppose if you could convince them to take yours, that would be additional savings. They have so many big names pouring in to get the 6.4 upgrade; the place seems like the Jeep version of "Orange County Choppers."
My feeling: They would not be interested in taking 3.6's in trade.

Was there any mention of a requirement for a lift or drive shaft replacement? Exodus (AMW) says must have a min 2.5 in lift for pan/oil filter clearance along with a new custom front drive shaft. They say the 2 piece rear can be retained because it has enough adjustability although it is recommended to upgrade also. None of which is included in the basic swap price.

Tough question to answer directly. Allow me to explain.
Mike, the owner, knows my Jeep. He knows about the lift and the Adams front shaft I have. He gave me a price, mostly to get the kit out there and establish a relationship; however, in doing so, he knew his costs because he knew my truck.
I do know they plan to use the stock rear shaft, which I will upgrade later. He did mention it needing a new front shaft, but they were thinking the one I have is fine.
Same goes for the lift. He knows I have one hovering around 4".
He did mention I would be getting the diesel front springs. If they had to lift in addition to the swap, it would not be all that involved, since almost all of the relevant parts are removed anyway, so the labor would be close to a wash.
Give them a call if you're interested. Tell them you saw my thread. He is trying to gauge the traffic he gets from my swap.

...Oh, and with the Smokey Mountain Jeep invasion going on, the shop is closed for a couple days, and it is likely that nothing further was completed on my Hemi swap... :-(
