MY22 color wish list

I had a Patriot Blue Ram and found I liked the color far more than expected. Depending on what other colors are available in MY22, PB would likely be in my top-three for the Gladiator I am considering.

The Ram I just traded in on this JT was Patriot Blue. I have no idea why that color never made it to the JL/JT. It's perfect. Even the name is perfect.

Not sure what the equivalent of patriot blue is in a Jeep but the Rams look great in that color. Especially with the color matched grill with the sport appearance package. Really classy, but maybe too subdued for a Jeep

I love black, but cannot imagine ever owning a black vehicle for the reason you listed and because I live in a hot climate. Patriot Blue was better at hiding light dirt than I expected, and really popped in bright light. But dark paint will always suffer in the scratch department. I suspect Hydro Blue shows scratches pretty easily, too.

I don't think hydro blue would show scratches nearly as bad. My daughter had a Wrangler in Ocean Blue Metallic. Cool color but it was a little dark too.

That's why I love lighter colors. I've had my Nacho for five months and washed it once. Doesn't look dirty at all. I'm pretty sure Chief Blue would be the same.

Thanks. It’s actually filthy in that picture believe it or not. I’ve never washed it since I bought it in the beginning of June. This is the first black vehicle I’ve owned and I actually really like it. I’m sure there’s some scientific proof somewhere that black vehicles are hotter in the summer but, I’ll tell ya even my wife’s white car gets hot so that part doesn’t really bother me so far. Just surprised there’s such a dislike for black.

I was only interested in 2 colors, black and snazzberry. My favorite color by far on anything by name and actual color is the Ram delmonico red pearl coat. I’m told it’s the same paint code as snazzberry, but I don’t believe they are the same color. Snazzberry is darker or has more metallic in it or something.

I would love a darker red, firecracker red nice but a tad bright for me. I'm in love with mazda's soul red crystal metallic. Of all the red vehicles in my neighborhood it is beautiful.

When I was looking for a Mojave to buy in May I told the dealership that I didn’t care what color it was as long as it wasn’t black, white or red. Anything else was fine although I did have some non negotiable options that I wanted. I ended up with Sting Gray and couldn’t be happier. I really don’t care about color though…..as long as it isn’t black, white or red.
