I'm just a little curious if anyone else with a MY22 has had any issues with theirs. Just got the message last night that ESS disabled/battery charging. Was hoping the aux battery issue was handled by now. Gonna ride it out for a while and take it for a long drive and see if that helps.

Not so sure it's 100% the "aux battery" that's a problem. Yes, for some, yes, some fail and get replaced, but I'm seeing other factors in play, too and am not so sure they are matching the charging programming to the batteries they are using.
Mine has been working since I charged the batteries individually 3 times (each independently, not together) and reset the IBS. Battery voltage still drops to a scary level but all is working. AGM batteries require very different charging sequences and I'm not seeing the truck match what the battery needs. (and they have a hellish draw when shut off)

ESS sucks. Pull the secondary hood pin, see what happens and go from there. Embrace the Avengers call sign.

Interesting thing I noted today - it's been cold here, lows in the low 30s, upper 20s, daytime highs 40s to low 50s so not really warm (mention this because of battery charging in cold temps)
We took off for a few shopping stops this AM, it was 38 degrees. After a couple of miles the engine warmed up and the ESS ready message was there when I scrolled to look.
All day, every stop, ESS worked perfectly. And - better yet, the voltage stayed up when stopped, one stop was about a minute and the voltage didn't drop below 12.2 and most of the times it stayed 12.3 or so.
Before I did the IBS reset and charged each battery independently 3 times, full charging cycles, leaving things hooked to the charger all night to ensure it was absolutely through all of the proper stages the charger put the batteries through, the voltage when ESS did work quickly got down to 12.0 and below, at times 11.8
I have not yet checked battery SoC after sitting 24 hours, or even 18, so I can't say how they are otherwise, but it's like I had to treat the batteries like little kids, patience, yes forceful, and reset the IBS - send it back to school.
I'll hook up AlfaOBD and pull some other stats from the truck in the next day or two, but it was operating like brand new today (LOL - sure, a day after I get confirmation an order for a new one went through)
