This is very exciting for me. I ordered after you but I'm also D1 and figured I was at the front of the 2022 line. So for me, it was all about worrying about when they are actually going to begin building 2022s.It’s fun to see everyone’s order dates, when they got their vin’s etc. So I ordered my 22 the day order books opened on 10/8. I received my vin from FCA through an email on the 28th. Today I saw this thread and was curious about mine, so I emailed my salesman and he responded very quick. And sent me a screen shot of his tracker with a status of D1 and an estimated ship date of 11/24/21.

Read in here they build just under 400 a day... I'd imagine one truck would take just a hour or two from parts gathered.
Not sure how true this is, but Jeep chat told me tonight that once the building process starts it takes about a week to complete. So if I’m supposed to have an estimated ship date of 11/24, that would mean production would start sooner than the rumored 11/22 date. I do not believe the 11/24 date whatsoever though.

I'm 39 and haven't owned an automatic since my second car I bought before I turned 17. I have a Cybertruck reserved and figured I'd do my best to hold out on automatics until I'm forced into one, and the CT will be it. Unless I fall so much in love with my Gladiator that I decide to pass on my CT. It's just that the CT fits my needs much better than the Gladiator, which fits my wants slightly more than my needs.
