That shipping rule used to be the case, but they have been using trucks more often, I know dealerships in florida, GA, and PA have been getting from trucks instead of train. You might get lucky as trucks tend to be faster? Your dealership will know their transportation method, for Jl/JT. But yes, When their is a train, they combine for multiple dealerships in the area to receive on the same train.

Yeah, I have a really high Carvana offer that says it expires 12/28. If they were to refresh it before then, it would probably drop significantly.

Mine was valid until a certain date or if you drive more than 250 miles (something like that).

Per my salesman today, the jeep will arrive at the rail yard in GA on Friday. Who knows how long it will sit there waiting on a ride to the dealership. Given the shortage of truck drivers, I'd guess no delivery until after the holidays.

First time poster here, but I have been following all of the forum posts during my order process. I ordered a pretty loaded JTR on 11/18 from Gupton and just found out that it has an estimated ship date of 01-03-22. Fingers crossed that I will be rockin the new ride sometime in Mid January.

Interesting ... I ordered end of Oct .. got using the Tread lightly affiliate program ... so got 1% under invoice .. we'll see how that plays out when I pick it up.

That’s awesome - welcome to the discussion. I’m in the same boat as you: ordered from Gupton 11/6. My JTM is now built, and according to Renee, sitting on a truck waiting to leave Toledo. It’s supposed to be there by 12/28 per Jeep Chat. Who knows but this might help you plan your trip to Gupton. Are you traveling there from out of state like me? It seems like it’s been a good experience for most forum members!

For the Chapman boys, Ashlie just got back to me. My dealer eta was 12/11-12/15
”They’re estimated dates….sometimes they’re off due to driver shortages. We will notify you as soon as it arrives on our lot ?”
Basically don’t call them they’ll call you

At least you’re in the shipping stage. I ordered 10/8. Jeep was finished being built 11/24 with pending final inspection and have been in js status since. Still no window sticker.

Ordered on 12/10 from Gupton, tried to make a change 12/11 but Daniel told me he’d try but it was probably to late as he already had the VIN. That’s the only info I have right now.

What are the chances of all of us are in the same truck. My build sheet was ready on Sunday. Sticker was ready today. I would love nothing more than to go pick up my baby this weekend.
