MY22 Only - Anyone moved to D1?

I ordered a week before you and still haven't started the build. I am hopeful for late this week or so since dealer gave me a 1/27 estimated ship.

I did add a lot of options and it is a diesel. I joined this board to see if anyone was experiencing a similar issue. All I can do now is wait and see.

Mine is diesel as well with a fair amount of options. I don't think anyone can figure out the reasoning. I've seen every option I had arrive on one order or another posted here. I was chalking mine up to sequencing for trying to fill a train car to the edge of the earth here in Florida.

Me too, diesel rubi, fair number of options, ordered 2 weeks after you, still waiting for parts. I don't know about normal, but we're becoming the outliers!

Sounds like we have a "batch" of well-optioned diesel Rubicons coming through at the end of the month.
I just got told "D1" status today and estimated delivery is Jan 28th.
I'm just curious - @Nuddot and @RubiconGladiator: are you guys getting Firecracker red as well?

I went with Snazzberry.
When did you place you order Josephus?

Gupton has a great rep according to these boards. I found him from this forum. Is this on him or Jeep?

hey there - I agree that this is not normal. I ordered (also Gupton) on Nov 6 and my JT was delivered to his dealership on Dec 16. I looked through your build sheet. One thing that you ordered that I did not is the diesel. Mine is a Mojave. There was a prior thought on the forum that slush mats or bed liners were holding things back, but I can tell you that my truck has these things. I also have cold weather group and Mopar tonneau so I don’t think it’s that. You must be frustrated; I definitely would be. But I think you’ll be so happy once you’ve got it. That’s a great build! And I’ve had only positive experiences with Gupton; I doubt it’s the dealership. They do this A LOT and seem to be doing a good job.

I don't think the order was placed properly (actually, not at all). I had a VIN within 3 days and put into "D" status. Yours still shows BA status, which is a "pending order"

If the order was placed by the dealer with Jeep, you should see a "date ordered" at the top left, right below "Estimated ship date" and at the bottom the Salesperson, Customer Name, etc should all be populated: yours are all blank. Also, build priority goes from 99 to 01 when the order is placed.

I think someone at Gupton forgot to click "submit" on their computer... seriously.

What you posted was a "Configuration Preview"... if they actually placed the order, you should/will get a Priced Order Confirmation (POC). Ask for that...

Agreed. He posted us the email from Gupton we review and reply back with "OK PLEASE TAKE MY MONEY NOW."

Get that VIN and pop it in the tracker. Grab a lemonade and try to enjoy the rollercoaster of emotions that come with the wait.

If there's one thing I can say with certainty it's that none of us know anything with certainty.

That is...unless he doesn't have VIN. But he's gotten info from Jeep Chat. With Status. Which means there is a VIN. There is a VIN...right?

Sooo after seeing some guys getting their trucks early on and having ordered 10/14 thought I should get mine soon. And then 12/9 get the its in shipping stage. Well, here we are 1/19 and we are still awaiting arrival. lol Lost my patience and was completely away from anything Jeep related for a while lol.

Jan 13 - Dealer notified me that it has crossed the border in to Windsor, ON. It is at a shipping yard and it should hit the dealer between Jan 17th and 23rd.

Anyone else expecting their's soon ?

My build sheet is up today, which was a treat after seeing nothing there for so long. I’m waiting for the window sticker to populate. The manager at my dealer said it could be ready for shipping as early as Friday, which would be awesome! He said I can anticipate a Valentine’s Day pickup if it gets shipped soon.

I just looked at the build sheet and wondered if there was a backlog of ZF transmissions or something related to the Diesel engine option. Mine is a sting Gray JTRD.
