Mystery fluid & general maintenance

I found a mystery fluid today while doing the doing the routine oil change. (Pic attached)
Jeep has 94000 miles. Passenger side pretty close to the frame.
I think I’ve keep up with maintenance pretty well but you don’t know what you don't know.

The part with the mystery fluid is one of your engine mounts... and they're hydraulic. It could be your mount is bad/leaking.

Compared to my 5.7 equipped Grand Cherokee, this is a walk in the park. The Daimler/Chrysler engineers of yore were definitely sadists.
