I just got this one...

https://www.amazon.com/SIMZICUL-Compatible-Wrangler-Gladiator-Organizer/dp/B09H4BQQ1F/

And the seller is looking for additional product evaluations. He's willing to make you a great deal to test one of these.
If you're interested, shoot me a PM, and I'll send you his contact information.
No, this isn't Spam. The deal he made me worked without any issues.
It's not the best organizer available, and it has the drawbacks inherent in this type of add-on, but it's not too bad, either.

Weird that the cup holders are removed in the pics.

Check your inbox.
I'd like an insert that has holsters. That'd be useful to me.

This one comes to the edge of the aft cupholder, so a beverage can still fits. Not so much a large drink cup.
Those that PM’d, I’ll get the information to you in the next couple days. Thanks.

Are you able to remove the holster from the truck and put it right on? Or do you remove the gun from the holster and then put it in a holster you are wearing.

I ask because anything you can do to minimize the administrative handling of a loaded firearm, especially one without a manual safety is a good thing.

I tell my students to simply remove their holster at night. Leave the gun in it. If it stays in the holster, it can't go off.

I'm anticipating the young keyboard commandos saying that if you can't prevent a ND then you shouldn't own a gun. But people can and do screw up. And anything you can do to prevent an opportunity for someone to screw up is a good thing. That includes setting things up so you don't have to holster and unholster your firearm when you get into and out of your vehicle.

I just carry in a way that is comfortable to me. Before I get in, I swing my holster from roughly 4 o'clock to 3 o'clock. When situatied that way, I can drive for hours in comfort. An OWB holster is also more comfortable to drive with than IWB.

I have one of those. The issue I have with it is that when I remove the tray in the console, it lifts that up off the pegs so I have to lift that off, or manually hold it down, lift the tray in the console to access stuff under the tray.
I am always looking for storage options, organizational options in this truck. I like what I have but that one somehow needs to be modded, or else the tray I have inside the console needs to be modded. When your wife is with you she's always trying to find stuff in the truck, opening the console, lifting the tray to find a nail file or a napkin or pencil or something.
Maybe I need a different tray for inside the console, whatever, I like that one like you picture as it holds hand sanitizer, a couple other odds and ends, and holds gas receipts until I take them in the house.

This one’s the same.

My wife doesn’t particularly like riding in the Gladiator. Besides, I have one of the grab-handle trays for her to use for her smaller stuff.

Mine does - saves miles on her Jeep. She bought it October 2020 and just turned 5,000 miles.
She's already got the grab handle tray full........... I need the console for my stuff!

You keep gas receipts? Tax purposes?
I keep them, for Taxes and manual MPG calculation. I write the date, mileage, gallons, cost, miles since last fill, and dash calculated MPG. The receipts fade from heat, so I write everything on the back with an ink pen.

I use this organizer. It sits above the USB connector, so I can remove it to get underneath without having to mess with the USB cable.

I also have one of these in the grab bar.

I found one on eBay for less, but I also have one of these installed. I use the right side pocket for the CD player.

The problem, for me, with the one shown by the OP is it interferes with the rear drink holder.
