I watched it for the first time last year and enjoyed it. Better call Saul was ok...not quite as good, but still worth the watch.

If you have Apple TV, Greyhound is an excellent movie. Tom Hanks did another outstanding WWII job as a Tin Can Captain on a WWII destroyer protecting a convoy in the North Atlantic vs the German U boats

I could name a bunch of well known movies that I like and watch over and over but a couple that come to mind that are not so well known but are just as funny the second or third time as the first would be;
Mr Right (Netflix) kind of a RomCom movie but Anna Kendrick and Sam Rockwell play their parts well and plenty of laughs.
Miss Meadows (prime) similar but Katie Holmes plays bipolar psycho so well I can’t help but laugh.

Lucifer (Netflix series) is pretty good as well

Of course in this day and age of political correctness, Liar Liar always lightens my mood watching him say all the things we want to say but can’t to cops, judges, and coworkers. 🤣

The Good Lord Bird a Showtime series was a good Western I watched over the weekend. Based on a true story too.

Season 5 available as of today, yes! My wife is going to be so bored.....

If you like Sci fi, "The Expanse" is as good as it gets.

We've been watching random series of late, keep running out of them.
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt5348176/ <- Barry
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt10986410/ <- Ted Lasso
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt5057054/ <- Jack Ryan (you've probably seen it, watching again with wife)

Other suggestions I have are darker, like Patriot and Man in the High Castle. I watch those in small doses. Deutschland '83 and Deutschland '86, still haven't watched '89, if you are cool with subtitled shows. DARK, too.

I am bored of the same ol crap that is Netflix. I am in search of some new movies and possibly tv shows to watch. Any genre. Any year. What are some of your favourites?

If you like fast moving twists you didn’t see coming, watch all of the Prison Break series.
