So I have the opportunity to capitalize on a couple local deals for suspension upgrades and needed some advice. I currently have a 2020 Sport S and I currently have a rubicon suspension take off with a 1.5 terraflex level spacer. Someone is selling the Fox shocks off of a Mojave and another person is selling the mopar 2 inch lift. I was wondering which way I should go should I get both and get shock extensions, or should i just do the mopar lift or just the Mojave shocks and replace the rubicon shocks. This is my daily driver and I currently am on 35" cooper SST M/T

Get mopar lift and longer shocks like Teraflex Falcon 2.1. No point getting taller lift using with shorter shocks.
I also heard the mojave shocks need rebuild at 50,000 ill get the mopar lift and eventually upgrade to the teraflex falcon.

I’ll play devil’s advocate here. What don’t you like about your current set up? What is your intended purpose of your Jeep?

All high performance shocks need a rebuild at 50k of road miles. Cheapies are throw away, just get new ones.

Don't think the Mojave shocks are a direct fit, believe their mounting holes are larger. Can make it work but not directly.

Personally, I would continue to run your current set up. It's more than capable as it is and aesthetically looks good as well which is always a bonus. When you get out and explore and do more off roading you will find that there are better set ups than Mojave shocks or the Mopar 2" lift kit. I'd save my money. Before you go to 37s you will need to re gear. That's $2000+. Then find the suspension system that will better fit your needs.
