I’m putting -18 offset 9.5x17 arsenal instead of my stock rim and tires on a 2022 Mojave. My question is how much will they stick out further than the stock ones

With a 9.5 rim you should be looking for about 4.5 to 4 inches of backspace and give a visual wheel poke

It is 4.5 backspacing. I’m thinking maybe 2” more tire to the outside? Hope no more

Your stock wheels are +37mm offset and 7.5" wide.

For how much further a 9.5" wide wheel with -17mm offset will stick out:

Offset change: 37mm + 17mm = 54mm = 2.13"
Width change: 9.5" - 7.5" = 2" = 1" more width on the outside
Total change: 2.13" + 1" = 3.13"

You also need to consider the tire size you are going to run - not enough negative offset and you will get tire rub, but the more negative the faster steering wears. I have a 2020 Rubicon running 9 inch wide rims with 0 offset and 5 inches backspace and 34 inch tires and have plenty of clearance for 35's even though I do not run a lift

About 1” further than I wanted but I already have the wheels ( Arsenals)so I guess I’ll have to love em. lol. Thnx for sharing that info. Really helps

I believe that Sport S has the standard width axles, while your Mojave has the wide track axles that I think are ~3/4" to 7/8" wider per side. I don't know if the high clearance fenders on your Mojave are any wider than the standard fenders.
