Are there concerns with the foam tearing easily when dragging stuff over it? Or melting if setting a small stove on the tailgate for cooking?

Hey! The melting point of the foam is around 180 degrees - we'd recommend some sort of rubber mat in between if you plan on cooking something!

And as far as it tearing - from our experience, it's been very durable! We're using marine flooring found on sea water boats, which is a pretty harsh environment. Pulling cargo or debris over it hasn't been an issue - it's tough stuff. If there are any issues, it's covered under a 3 year warranty!

First -- just wanted to say that @BillieBars has amazing customer service. They were great to deal with when installing my bars and running into issues.

I didn't have a specific reason (other than the bedliner tailgate was hell on my knees), but I bought this when I heard about this. I have hauled a ton of stuff to the dump and dragged it over the tailgate with this installed and had no issues.

Yep, everybody wants high quality made in 'merica for 10 cents on the dollar... a wage they'd never personally accept.

I'm glad you're keeping this in 'Murica. Personally I've never wanted/required a cup holder on my tailgate, but hopefully you guys do well.

I tend to use my tailgate as a workbench, so those cup holders would work great for me as a spot for any bolts I've taken off. The non slip foam is a bonus, just wondering how hard is it to clean just in case I spill anything on it, the bed-liner I can just hose out, not too sure about foam.

It looks pretty nice, I'll have it on the list for the next overtime check.

Like Aaron, I was wondering about stuff spilling on it. Not coffee or rum, but fuel, gasoline etc..

The timing of this thread is impeccable. I was actually looking at these last night and I really like this product over the other HDPE tailgate covers/boards.

I almost pulled the trigger but didn't...are my eyes deceiving me? It looks as though it doesn't sit flush against the tailgate on the hinge side. If this is true, then the board itself isn't going to be level (actually looks bowed in the pictures) and that gap means dirt, etc. will have a chance to pack in there.

@BillieBars tell me what's up with that?!?!?! I like and want to buy but that is going to be a dealbreaker for me.
