Not a big build thread, as reliability is the most important for this rig. But it is a working truck.
The AEV spacer lift works out to just under 2” of lift. And actually looks decent with the factory 33’s

I actually think 35s are the perfect larger tire for Gladys, after that, you really have to lift to get it to look like the tires are not too big. Looks good!....Jack

I could spend pages and pages to tell you about the falcons and Hawks that I work with.

I’ll try to keep it short.
I’m a falconer, falconry is defined as the art of hunting using a trained bird of prey
( Falcon/hawk )
I hunt ducks and grouse with my falcons.
I hunt snowshoe hare and grouse, also crows and pigeons with my bigger hawks
I hunt starlings with my smaller hawk.

Besides hunting to pay the bills I use my raptors in pest bird abatement. We use the raptors to deter pest species of birds from a given area. Airports often use my type of service. In my case I do a little of everything, airports, commercial sites, sea ports, and blueberry fields to name a few.

So I couldn’t get any Toyo’s as they are back ordered with no date. I opted for Nitto Trail grapplers in 35x11.50R17 and they look good, road noise is very acceptable for a M/T tire. Also got my roof basket finally. So here she is all done. Crappy pic but I’ll get better ones later.

Ok one more mod, I’d forgotten about this one. But they arrived in the mail today so I might as well put them to use. So far I’d say this is one of the best bang for you $$ reasonably priced mod someone can do.
No more bulky switch blade style key. This is actually how the fob should have come from the factory!!Thanks AJT Design for the key fobs

Peter, just found your thread and I'm a General Class Falconer in TN and just order a JT Mojave.

I am curious if have made any additional custom configurations or addons to your JT-R to accommodate safely travel while transporting your birds or are you just securing giant hoods and other equipment in the cab and bed?

I'm looking at trapping/flying a Red-Tail or Cooper's hawk.
