I like the yokohama geolandar mt g003 better than the Goodyear Kevlar MTRs. They ride better on the street, they are quieter, the sidewall is softer, they seem to last longer (TBD), they chunk less. Regarding off-roading, 4wheeling, they are about the same. The Goodyears do good at around 11 psi, the Yokohamas seem to like a little more - around 13 psi. Rotate them every 5K miles or less if you want them to last.
Copy that. I have about 20k on my current Yok MTs and just hitting 50-ish percent tread, which is why I bought them again. Have not run the MTRs yet.

Thanks again all. Will post up when I get these things installed.👍

The MTRs are a little lighter. I think I noticed a little difference in acceleration when I first put on the Yokos, but, my MTRs were worn out, so, they were even lighter than when they were new.

Thanks again for everyone who chimed in, appreciate it!
What color are those? They look really good! I originally was looking at bronze but I kinda like this color.

Platinum. It's kind of Shade shifting. depending on what's around it sometimes it looks a little darker and sometimes a little lighter.

I have the 701's (17x9 -12MM) and had set of Yokohama Geloander X-AT's mounted up (35x12.5). Not sure how difficult it was for them, but the local shop who mounted them never said a peep about them being problematic to get mounted or balanced. I have about 2500 miles (Not very much I know) but no issues with balance, air, etc. Great wheels/tires so far.
Any chance you have a side shot of the rig with the -12 701’s? Or a guess at what your tire poke is with that set up?
