New Mojave X owner

Mine only has the steel front bumper. The Monroney sticker only lists the front one in the X package.

So yours is a manual trans? My monroney label says the same thing but all the build sheets list steel front and rear. Mine is customer preferred pkg 24A, which I think just means auto trans.

I caught the missing front steel bumper when I pulled up to the dealer to pick it up, they called it in while I was there and its been ordered. It wasn't til later I realized it should be steel front and back. They said no at first but I sent them some info that shows it should be included in the build, will get some clarification Monday. I am a very determined person when it comes to stuff like this.

I still think naked screaming is a good option . Hope it gets resolved for you.

Just bought a new 24 Mojave X in silver Zynith yesterday. Beautiful Jeep and a really good deal too. Question for the experts, are all 24 Mojave X suppose to come with both steel bumpers? Mine came with neither, the Monroney label says winch capable front steel bumper, no mention of the rear. The dealership is taking care of the front but after I realized it should come with both I’m getting a little pushback on replacing the rear. The order sheets I’ve looked at have steel front and rear showing as included and the jeep website under the build a Mojave X doesn’t give you the option to add steel bumpers so this is telling me it should have them. Am I right? Any help is appreciated.

Steel bumper group includes front and rear bumpers, and cab and bed rock rails. See attached window sticker

On no, it’s on the label. It has all the other features as far as I can tell.

Check behind the back passenger seat, there should be a Bluetooth jam box, it kinda clips in a cubby there.

Why does it say Gladiator Mojave X? Those are two very different purpose outfits, something is screwy in the build logic...... You got leather seats and all the interior stuff, but they couldn't slap a steel bumper on.... Or some guy at the shop pinched it....

As many have said, the X package includes steel bumpers.....or, are supposed to. It's basically a standard Mojave plus, in this case, leather interior, include front locker and the 3 packages (tech, convenience and safety) and steel bumpers.

I got lucky and found one without leather (I found Jeep's version of leather seating sucked, to me anyway, and was shocked how much I loved the cloth) but it also had all 3 groups, plus cargo group and bedliner (and Sunrider top I'm not going to use). Only thing I'm missing that I'd like to have had, but would probably never use, is the front locker so it would be a cloth seat Mojave X with a Sunrider top.

I'd get the dealer to get the steel bumpers on it!!! In my case, I'd like to find the front at least, so I could remove the eyelashes (outer pieces)

Or, maybe it's to your advantage to go aftermarket on the bumper?

So the verdict is it should have both front and rear steel bumpers. The dealer texted me today Im getting both as it should have been. Hopefully shipping wont take too long, but it will be made right.

I would be at the dealer standing on their desk naked and screaming for my steel bumper until they produced one.

Glad your dealer is making things right. As stated above, make sure you have everything listed on the window sticker and build sheet. Sounds like someone took parts off it and was hoping they would sell it to someone who had no clue what the X package included.

I hope thats not what happened but anything is possible. Someone suggested crawling under it and seeing if the bumper bolts have been wrenched on, its raining today but tomorrow Im gonna give it a look out of curiosity.

How many miles on it??

I’ve heard horror stories before…… someone buys a new vehicle, and (for whatever reason) trades it in soon after they bought it. The Dealerships would turn around and sell that vehicle as if it were NEW….. when it should be sold as used.

You should pull a carfax report …..I’d be curious to see if there is other sketchiness on that report.
