Trust me once you put a set of Pro lights on, you really will see no reason for 9" lights. The Pros need to be aimed conservatively, because they push the limits of brightness for oncoming traffic or even padestrians lol. I am super happy with the amber yellow lights. They help with oncoming traffic and they cut through rain and snow like it is not there. I cannot even imagine the max lights, maybe desert running or something. This is my kid walking into the garage in the middle of the day while I was aiming my pros lol

Thinking the same thing! The cutoff seems pretty good on these, may not be an issue with oncoming traffic. May go Max just because the cutoff is even better and may be a non-issue.

Our SS3 Max fog optics actually are SAE compliant for road use! Would you mind explaining what you mean by 9" driving lights for the bumper?

What is the difference between the pro and the max on the SAE yellow fogs and are both plug and play?
if someone is buying an aftermarket bumper designed to fit factory fogs, which bumper option is the right one?

Collin PM’d that those in the pic are pro, so im not worried about upgrading to max. Plenty bright enough for my foglight needs.

Big shout out to Storm Off Road, Nic Hahn and Diode Dynamics. Dude these little cubes rock, and I am not worried about going to the remotest outreaches. I have ridiculous light without having to mount a bunch of ridiculous hardware. These little 3" cubes can hang with the best of them especially the Pro series. when I first got my gladiator one of my first stops was Storm Off Road as I have gone there in the past with other vehicles and had great results. Nic set me up with a pair of Diode Dynamic lights and away I went. neither one of had any idea the Sport S bumper was a unique beast as Diode dynamics already had two brackets out for the Gladiator and JL Wranglers. But as I tore into my 200 mile old Gladiator I was stopped cold. Nic and I discussed ways to make them fit, and possibly having some bracket custom made. He was more than willing to make them work. In the mean time he gave me a few mounts to take home and fiddle with, and that is how the lights in the middle of my bumper came about. I had an idea to buy an inexpensive pair of amazon lights that already had sport brackets on them and trash the lights and use the brackets for my DD lights, but that did not work out, so I ran the amazon fogs for a while. Well finally, being the cool company they are, Diode Dynamics finally stepped up to the plate and made a nifty mount kit for us Sport guys. It is TOP NOTCH. I now have a WALL of light and driving with thes Pro Sport fogs on the road, makes all the difference. Thanks Storm Off Road and Diode Dynamics. Love the gear!
