No Radio Audio

Which Radio system; Alpine or non-Alpine? Any modifications; i.e. Speakers changed, Amp added ?

Have you tried the reset by holding the power button for like 10 to 15 seconds until it all reboots?

I have had this happen once, cannot remember what I did to unfuck it. Hasn't happened since then.

The reset fixed the lockout but didn't fix the "no sound." Thanks

I didn't see if anyone asked but do you have no sound from all inputs or just the radio? Bluetooth, XM, Carplay/Android audio?

Do you have Jscan by any chance.
It has a few functional checks you can activate.
Just a long shot.
Also, have you checked for any DTC's.

Yeah, I took it in and they said the fuse was not making contact with the circuit. They also said the USB ports were working fine, so they had no idea what caused that failure. I had pulled the fuses, but the previous owner had a fuse tap on that circuit for a dashcam that's no longer in place. I need to pull that old wiring out and go back to just the OE fuse setup.

I had dismissed the fuse as the problem when I pulled it to check if it had blown, I'm guessing the fuse tap is not of the best quality and might have been the problem. Sitting without power may have reset something in the computer and caused the USBs to start working again.

The annoying thing is that I needed new seals on my hard top due to leaks and the heated DEF line had failed and popped a code when they pulled it into the shop - so this ended up being an expensive trip to the shop and not for the reasons I thought.

Your DEF issue was not covered by warranty. Fed government requires 2 year 24k, but the warranty reads FCA US LLC, is covered under the basic 3 year 36k.
