My Grand Uncle Vic was a Pearl Harbor Survivor. Came home one time in the early 1990's with a then new Nissan truck that was made in Smyrna, TN. Uncle Vic upon seeing it, proceeded to lay into me about every dead American at Pearl Harbor and how I was stabbing him and them in the heart with my purchase. I then proceeded to remind Uncle Vic about his 32" Sony Trinitron he loved that was actually made and shipped from Japan. Few more grumbles and he shut his trap about my truck.Wait, what??

Sounds like my dad. My cousin came over one thanksgiving with her brand new ToyDatBaru, she pulled in the drive way and my dad dashed out the door told her to park her Jap junk on the street not in his driveway. Seen my dad be an ass many times but that he he went from zero to full asshat in seconds. My Grand Uncle Vic was a Pearl Harbor Survivor. Yeah, it's a slippery slope in today's world. Even made in America stuff has out sourced foreign parts. Truthfully, I'd rather support a foreign product that is made by American workers, than something totally made somewhere else and imported. My Grand Uncle Vic was a Pearl Harbor Survivor. Is The Onion still around?! I used to watch a lot of those in my younger and more bored days.
Barely. They went "woke" quite a few years ago and most of their satire falls flat anymore. Is The Onion still around?! I used to watch a lot of those in my younger and more bored days.

Don't even get me started with this bitch. And I'm being polite by not using the "C" word. One sane person out of 12.
