Oil capacity

Manual says five quarts check and add if necessary how much overfill they allow

I run Steep places all the time and I have ran mine over the entire time I have owned it. 158,034 miles . When you start the motor you now have 4 quarts in the pan a quart or so traveling around in the oil passage ways so is running it at 6 quarts bad , Absolutely Not . Cause guess what I do it all the time. Always have.
