Oil loss after dealership oil change

I still do not have my Gladiator back, day 3 now. I requested dealership run oil samples and run some additional tests The noises the engine made were not good and at this point I have no idea what effect this will have on the engine life. I am going to contact @JeepCares to see if they can help escalate. I was hoping 1bg could let me know what ended up with his situation.

Dealership is not going to do any of that. If they corrected the issued and top the oil off and nothing fell apart, they are going to send you on your way.

Like what @ShadowsPapa said, it is going to be on you to do any other oil analysis testing and even then, anything you find from it will not necessarily be a actionable item for the dealership to do anything about it.

Contact JeepCares, but they are just going to feign concern and back whatever the dealership tells them.
