Bought a pair of oracle Bi-Leds around June 2021. They WERE great; however one of the bulbs came loose in the housing after a year or so. I figured no problem. Worse case I need to pay to have it fixed or buy a replacement. NOPE they do not repair, and will not sell just a replacement for the broken one. Basically, if you have an issue they are an expensive disposable light
Did you over-torque them? :CWL:

But in all seriousness, how is this not covered under warranty? Looks like it's well within the 1 year window. Sounds like they denied the warranty, is that right?

People Work?
It's not likely that they are manufacturing any of the products themselves. Designed and tested prototypes at best, and then contracted out to a factory in China.
Big grab leaves no room or desire to inventory parts.
I've never really had interest in any of their stuff but this pretty much seals the deal.

Said it before and I'll say it again. They have some cool products. But by industry standards their warranty sucks. One year warranty on LED lighting is pathetic. Companies like Diode Dynamics, KC, JW Speaker and others offer at least 3 years. KC has 23 years on some of their lights. Their lack of a competitive warranty is reason enough for me to never buy their products.

?NOracle? From now on?

OP said june 2021? Dont the lights have a 1yr warranty??? Or are you saying they wont honor the 1yr warranty either?
I am sorry, That was a mistype. It was 2020 and they are out of warranty. The fact still remains for 600 dollar lights I should be able to buy a replacement or pay to have it fixed.

Yup! Heated headlights here... Beautiful for about a week. Then the elements burned up....
Then the halos quit.
Glad I kept my Halogens. Store credit offered... My argument was "I'm not spending my money on more things that I will install and they will break." Got my money back. Reinstalled Halogens.

Oracle dude will no doubt be on here shortly to tell us all about how great their product is and they stand behind it but they cannot and will not offer warranty to people who try and berate them about misused products. Or... they will capitulate to the one to try and sell the rest, who they never intend to cover.

This is why any Oracle item I buy, I retain the factory unit for.

I swear this is becoming a trend with @ORACLElights . It's nothing new either. I had some problems with lights I bought from them on my JKU, they pushed the blame on me and wouldn't honor the warranty. I ended up buying a knock off of the same light from Loyo lights and had zero issues out of them. I mentioned I'd wait for the knock off of their tail lights to come out and Oracle said that they sued a bunch of china Companies for copying their design. Seems like a few of these china Companies have got it figured out, namely Lantsun and Loyo, I've bought many lights from these 2 companies and many of my buddies have bought lights from them with very minimal quality issues. If there was a issue they honored their 1 yr warranty and just asked you to cut the wire from the defective light and send them a video of it and they would send out a replacement. I never once or has any of my buddies, a good many too, had a issue with getting something replaced, in the few times we have had issues. I know things will happen but this thing with Oracle is a trend and is unacceptable customer service.

I was looking to upgrade my backup lights. I had 2 choices. Oracle for about $200 and some other brand for $300+. (sorry I can't remember the brand)

I did my research and was worried about corrosion problems since I drive in a very salty environment all winter and salt collects on the back of the truck. The Oracle warranty is 1 year. The other warranty is something like 3 years or lifetime. I forget.

Either way, I chose a 3rd option. I bought a $15 LED pod of Amazon and wired it up. Its super bright and when it fails, I'll buy another one for $15. Since the wires are already run it will take 10 minutes to change.

The thing is, I do not even want to warranty the lights. I am willing to PAY to have it fixed, OR BUY a replacement. NOPE - Buy a new pair is their offer.
Rob, sorry for the late reply we just got in the office today. I am happy to assist you with this and correct any claims that have come up on this thread.

I see you edited your post to state you are out of warranty. To be clear the Oculus has a 2 year warranty for any manufacturer defects, which is what you do describe. Unfortunately if you are out of the 2 year warranty we can not replace the product. However, we can of course offer you to purchase just one at a heavily discounted price. This product can not be repaired unfortunately as we do not open the assemblies. If you would like to DM me separately I can take care of this for you and offer you pricing. I can also look into your case further as well.

For all other customer service concerns. Oracle Lighting is currently reviewing and improving our customer service process and we hope you can remain patient while we do. We plan to examine each case individually and offer solutions for each customer.

We appreciate your feedback and continue to improve our business model to further help customers.

Price doesn’t matter to me regarding support. If a vendor won’t stand behind their products, they should be avoided. And their tail lights are super cheap in comparison to oem. OEM led tail lights are $747 each.
OEM is expensive I agree but it is the mickey mouse ears oem looking tail lights I would like to divorce. So I would never buy oem anyway.

But there's your problem! People have to come and complain on a public forum and rally about problems to get any real help from Oracle! Sounds like normal customer support needs to be a lot better to me... :| I love the look of the tail lights but based on all of the comments about quality and support I will not be purchasing anything from Oracle until I start to hear that there is major changes over there.

The oem tail lights are a historical Jeep design. Changing it would be like removing the emblems.
