The lights themselves did not hyper flash, but the indicator on my dashboard did. Once Oracle sent me the resistors, I hooked them up and it took the hyper flash on my dash away. Everything has been working great. I just ordered the seal to get rid of the gap.
Check that. It was an adapter, that Oracle sent me to plug into the light. That is what took the hyper flash on the dash away.

The only issue that I may have had was with a bulb out message. I had a tazer and following the instructions someone posted, the message went away. Basically reselecting LED from the menu.

I never had any issues, I put a seal around the outside of the lights. Also used dielectric grease. You can find the seal on Amazon

see all that water stain on the back of the light, that's the water from the wheel getting to the back of the light from the holes on that tail light cubby the light mounts too.

once you take the light out you can see huge holes in the back of the jeeps panels, when it rains the water kicks up from the tire getting to the back of the light, I tried dielectric grease and rubber seals like you have and it didn't work until I plugged the holes with 4 inch flex seal tape

just trying to help I have a bunch of replacements over 2 years

Don’t the lights now come with the resistors? I really like these tail lights but there are a ton of comments about issues so it has me gun shy.

I will say with all the complaints about gaps……the oem non LED I have on my gladiator have gaps….so..

My suggestion is buy them. I was in on the original batch and they worked perfealty until last summer when one of them got dim. I contacted Oracle and a new one was shipped to me within 4 days and have been fine since. Oh and these have worked on two different JT’s (Halogen based Willy’s and an LED based Mojave.)
Just my experience and they are the best looking lights on the market.

Well guys, I just had to swap my tail lights back to the oem leds. My right side flushmount oracle stopped working in the daytime. No brake light or turn signal. Lights on and they would illuminate but turn signal flash was dim. The left side worked fine. This is with the factory led package so no resistors used.

Luckily I kept my factory led brake lughts and swapped them back and they work fine.

It was good while it lasted oracle...I will never forget the fun times we had 😔

Hello, yes these resistors are now included with the lights.

When it comes to gaps, generally the tail light can be loosened, held where there are no gaps, then re-tightened. This process will eliminate most visible gaps.
