Mine's not broken, it just doesn't have anything in it at all because the person who owned this one previously must've been a smoker

I used to smoke. Still do on occasion at parties and such. And I gotta tell you, I haven’t “pushed in dash cigarette lighter“ in decades!

Mostly because cars just don’t come with them anymore. So muscle memory has me just using the BIC or torch lighter that I always keep handy for campfires.

Jeep offers a smokers package with a real lighter.

You'd be surprised how many people smoke in vehicles. You can't drive to town without seeing an arm hanging out the window with a cigarette in it.

While I never smoked. I agree, who uses 12v cig outlets anymore? I removed mine and replaced it with the mopar trailer brake controller.
