With ours, we use the widget to speed up the throttle response on road, especially when towing. But when we go off road we use the widget to slow down throttle response, making it easier to manage. That helps, especially when the transfer case is in low range.Curious why people use these devices, as it creates ZERO additional power, just a mental trick, as I can mash the pedal to where it needs to be all by myself. They only change the relationship of the pedal travel to the signal sent to the ECM. Even heard stories of folks rear ending other cars in stop and go traffic because the pedal was too sensitive.
