No suspension upgrades and no rubbingThats a good looking stocker rig! Do you have any suspension upgrades? are you rubbing when flexing and turning? are you running wheel spacers?
I also went with the 2" Mopar lift and 33s. I really like the old Willys truck look with extra fender room.I put a Mopar 2" on my Rubicon this weekend, I was sure I was going to hate the 33's when I did.
That didn't turn out though, I kind of like the high fender look, reminiscent of old Power Wagons and Willys trucks.
Im right there with you. I like the high and tight look of my 33's with my 2"mopar w/ 3/4" daystar.. im considering going 35's instead of 37's now.. Definitly more practical for the time being than having to regear a brand new axle. Maybe after the 35's wear ill upgrade the whole driveline and regear. That gives me 40k miles to think about it.I also went with the 2" Mopar lift and 33s. I really like the old Willys truck look with extra fender room.
any update on this? I'm just curious. our 24 ft Skiff runs about 4000K heading to the coast.I’ll be
I’ll be towing my wake boat from storage in about a month. It weighs almost 5000lbs. It’s about a 20 mile ride. I’ll let you guys know how it does.
Not the Overland...I got one and I'm going to upgrade to 35s no lift. They are stock on the rubicons and i believe the overland
How are you feeling long term about the ride, balance, and wear on the Mastercraft Courser MXT - that's a good looking tire, just curious about how you like them - I tend to Stick with the TOYO or Nitto tires because I've always had great luck with them. Basically the same look I am going for, good looking truck! - by 33's do you mean: 285/70/17, 285/75/17, 305/60/17, or just plain ole' 33x12.5x17?I also went with the 2" Mopar lift and 33s. I really like the old Willys truck look with extra fender room.
These tires are absolutely perfect for me. I have gone to Colorado & done the Alpine loop, the Carson ghost Town trail & the Oklahoma K trail on them, aired them down to 22 psi and they had great traction and they're wearing just fine with 9,700 miles so far. Don't be fooled into thinking these are off-brand tires they're made by Cooper right here in the USA.How are you feeling long term about the ride, balance, and wear on the Mastercraft Courser MXT - that's a good looking tire, just curious about how you like them - I tend to Stick with the TOYO or Nitto tires because I've always had great luck with them.
