Thoughts and prayers for your family brother, take care of that first. The nice thing about Jeeps is they're absolutely everywhere. Don't infatuate yourself on one Jeep just because it's your color, or has cool wheels or it's lifted etc etc. Buy it from a reputable dealership. And from personal experience, buy it from a Jeep dealership. I'm trading in my WK2 on a Gladiator Eco next week because I purchased the Cherokee at a Toyota dealership and it's been nothing short of a nightmare.
